Promotion terms

Effective from: 14 October 2026

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The promotions are organised by the Seller: Patrycja Magdalena Okoh, Al. Zjednoczenia 11/37, 01-829 Warsaw, Poland, who runs the Trioamico online shop at trioamico.pl.
  2. The promotions apply to orders placed in the Shop and delivered within Poland. Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service.
  3. Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash.

§ 2. "Trio" promotion

  1. For an order of at least 3 items of any Products, the price of the Products is reduced by 5%. For an order of at least 6 items, by 10%.
  2. Products may come from any category and brand. The discount is applied automatically in the cart, without a code.
  3. The promotion runs until further notice. Ending or changing the promotion does not affect orders placed earlier.

§ 3. WITAJ10 code – first order discount

  1. The WITAJ10 code gives a 10% discount on the value of Products in your first order in the Shop, if the value of Products is at least 99 zł.
  2. The code may be used by a Customer who has not placed an order in the Shop before. Each Customer may use the code once.
  3. The code is valid for the first 100 orders placed with it. Once this number is reached, the code stops working. The Seller may increase this limit and will announce any increase on the Shop's website.
  4. Enter the code in the "Discount code" field at checkout.

§ 4. Combining promotions

  1. The "Trio" promotion and the WITAJ10 code cannot be combined with each other or with other product discounts. If an order qualifies for more than one discount, only one discount is applied – the one more favourable to the Customer.
  2. Discounts can be combined with free delivery for orders from 200 zł.

§ 5. Returns and complaints

  1. The promotions do not limit consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal and the right to file a complaint.
  2. If you withdraw from the contract, we refund the amount actually paid for the Product, taking the discount into account.
